Normal Delivery Times & Prices

• Items ordered before 12pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends).
  
  
• Orders above £40 will be sent using Yodel Next Day (Free)
  
  
• Orders above £20 will be sent using Yodel 48 Hour Courier. (£2.99)
  
  
• Orders below £20 will be sent either with Royal Mail or Yodel (subject to item) (£2.99)
  
  
• International orders vary according to weight and country. (Price will be displayed at checkout)

Christmas Delivery Times

To ensure that your delivery arrives in time for Christmas, please refer to the order cut off dates below:

• For Standard Delivery, please place your order before the 18th December. 
  
  
• For Express Delivery, please place your order by 12pm on 20th December. 

Once an order has been dispatched it is down to the courier to deliver your parcel on time. Estimated delivery dates are only an estimate and not guaranteed. 

EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY: 

During the Christmas season, items dispatched during the period from 1st November 2018 to 31 December 2018 inclusive may be returned at any time before the 31st January 2019. 

Our returns policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for items dispatched after 31 December, 2018.
